Quality Control and Inspection Service Our unique services are a critical success factor of our business. We have in place a stringent quality assurance process comprising quality inspections in coming products. In-Coming Quality Control When we receive a batch of garments from our customers, we conduct a count to ensure that the number of pieces of garments received is of the correct quantity. We also perform checks on each piece of garment to ensure that there are no defects such as stains, holes or broken threads. We inform our customers immediately once such defective garments are noted suggest a solution and work together with the customer to provide the best possible answer. Up request would be pictured by digital camera and sent to the customer. Out-going Quality Control Well check every piece of processed garment against our customers’ specifications before delivery. We also ensure that the garments are consistent in their shade; tone, hand feel and abrasion effect and are not damaged or torn. Sewing and Ironing The services that we can provide within our center are attaching washing label and brand name, press work, etc.
